Train: A or C train to Grant Ave. Walk across Conduit 5 blocks to Linden Blvd.

Bus: B15, B13, B14, B20 to Elderts Lane, Walk one block to Center.

Car: (from Queens - Belt Parkway west to exit 17W. Stay left onto Linden Blvd. Proceed 2 traffic lights - bear left to make U-Turn onto service road.
